Body check ✅ I’ve been fully Vegan now for 5 months. 🌱🌱🌱 Right now there is not a big difference from the photo I posted last month. I am maintening my weight. During that month period that you are removing slowly those animal products you have time to add slowly more plant based products and taste what works the best for you. I always recommend to my clients to use my fitnesspal app to enter all the food they eat, making sure they are getting the right amount of Protein, Fat and carbs. And for the vitamines, most are found in food. - For the ones that worry about B12, it can be found in some plant milk and soy products.
